[Solved] Can't open 4.1.3 on El Capitan (unidentified dev)

Downloaded 4.1.3 onto my Macbook OSX El Capitan got message cant open because its 'from an unidentified developer', says will only open with apps from Apple App store or identified developers. Where next please?
