I've had a repeated issue for the last several updates. The individualized icons in the Finder (blue for Write, green for Calc, etc.) turn into the generic LibreOffice icon (white with a folded corner):

Hi, everyone.
I've had a repeated issue for the last several updates. The individualized icons in the Finder (blue for Write, green for Calc, etc.) turn into the generic LibreOffice icon (white with a folded corner):
I used to be able to clear my icon cache in Terminal (using commands I found online) or manually (by deleting the files myself), but since I upgraded to Sierra, the files appear to be protected.
Suggestions?
