The most serious bug in AOO 4.1.2 affects all types of databases on the Mac platform.
Please download and install the dmg from https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=126622#c16 and test it with various types of databases.
IMHO, the spreadsheet connection is the most important type because most mail merge letters are based on spreadsheet lists.
