Problems updating to v4.1.2

I have been using OpenOffice for years, currently using version 4.0.1. I thought it would be a good idea to update to a more recent version, now version 4.1.2. I've downloaded it but when I try to install, I get a message saying it is blocked because it is not an app that has been downloaded from the Apple App Store. I can't seem to find away around the blockage and yet there must be as I use OpenOffice now! Can anyone help please? Thanks.

Ciao, there is a bug in 4.1.2 OSX version , it does not work. Install and use 4.1.1 version.

If you use Forum Search (top right of Forum screen) to search for Gatekeeper you will find many postings which discuss this problem.
Apache OpenOffice 4.1.15 on Xubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
