[Solved] Verify installation of OpenOffice

installed version 4.1.2 on mac yosemite, when verifying installation screen appears, nothing happens, it just sits there showing no progress. anyone run into this??

I'm experiencing the same thing on OSX.9 Hopefully someone will be able to troubleshoot this problem?

Solved my own problem. Go to "System Preferences" click on "Security and Privacy"> General tab, "Allow apps from" click on "Anywhere" and this allows the "Apache open office" program to be verified and installed. Just required research on "Google" to find the fix.
