Hi
Nothing. Will not print even if I select each page individually.
All pages show in the preview but only pages 1- 6 show in the print menu and even if I change this to 1-0 it still only prints 1-6

Many thanks for your help in this matter

I haven't used a Mac in 35 years so can be little help if this is a NeoOffice/Mac problem. I know that on my linux systems and very old Windows system there is no problem printing any number/combination of pages whether to locally attached printers or across the network to a network printer. Perhaps a Mac user on Forum may have some relevant suggestion.

Does any other multipage document print correctly?

Hi,
No problem printing other forms etc.
It seems that the problem has occurred after I installed open Office.

The document may be formatted so that some pages do not print. No one can tell until you attach a document demonstrating the difficulty (remove confidential information then use Post Reply, not Quick Reply, and don't attach a picture instead of the document itself). If this is a document created with Microsnot software, be aware that such documents are stored in complex formats which are written in such a way to make it difficult for any non-Microsnot software to open them. C'est la vie.

Did you download from http://www.openoffice.org/download/? If not, you don't have the official software. Move your OpenOffice.app to the Trash and reinstall.

This is the screen that I am getting prior to printing. As you can see the preview section is showing1-9 pages but the print section 1-6.
I have tried to change the number of pages to print but that does not work.HELP

You didn't attach your document, so I can only make guesses.
• Perhaps your printer driver for the H470 printer needs to be updated for Yosemite? I don't have an H470 printer to test with.
• Have you looked at File → Printer Settings → Options? Maybe something is set incorrectly.
• Have you tried File → Page Preview?
• Have you tried File → Export as PDF?
• Have you tried File → Print → PDF → Open PDF in Preview?
The purpose of the latter three operations is to determine what happens if we generate a "report" without using the H470 printer driver.

A quick reaction - no time to print just now: Page 7 is in horizontal format. That may be causing the problem.

Printed OK for me on a Samsung SCX 4520. I suspect the problem may be with your Printer Properties. Try selecting to print pages 8 and 9. If these print OK, the the problem may be page 7 being in horizontal format, and your printer may need to be told it is printing in horizontal format.
