Envelope Printing Settings

I am printing from a Mac Pro System 10.9.2 to a Brother Model MFC-J870DW Printer. I want to print envelopes, size # 10, 9.5 X 4.125. I checked with Brother to make sure I was inserting the envelope correctly into the Brother Printer.
The Problem:
The Sender Address is being cut in half which includes the first name, the numbers of the address , and the first part of the city location. It appears the setting are incorrect from the left margin. The rest of the sender information is printed and all of the Address TO information is printed. Presently the settings for the #10 envelope for the Sender are set at - Left is 0.39 and Top is 0.39.
What should the settings be to print the whole Sender Address?
Thanks,
Ed

Known bug, from my testing, both on AOO and LO.
It affects more than one brand of printer.
It has also got worse on LO, with any attempt to print envelopes causing a systematic printer jam both on my Kyocera and my Samsung MFP. Forget using OSX and envelope printing from AOO/LO for now.

What is the Bug Report number?

AOO prints envelopes properly on my Brother Laser and Epson InkJet printers.
What versions of OS X and AOO are you using. They are not listed in your signature
