Time out - OS 10.4.11

Downloaded OpenOffice and tried to install and after it asks about using System & user fonts, I receive a "Operation Timed Out"
warning.

System:
Intel
10.4.11
X11 installed (even checked to make sure version was current)

Any thoughts?

This time out is safe to ignore. It is due to the way that Leopard starts X11. This problem is unlikely to be fixed, since we are spending more of our development time on the Aqua port, where this is not an issue.

Hi Shaun,

The OP mentioned that she had Tiger, not Leopard.

I must be either blind, or up too late answering forum posts.

Not sure why the error would occur on Tiger.
