I have read through and the dmg file exists in my downloads but double clicking on it does not do anything.
I am using iPad air2

Now you tell us. That is not what your forum signature says. Read Q30/A30. Q03/A03 only apply if you are using a Mac, like an iMac or Macbook.Dodie117 wrote:I am using iPad air2

I did not/do not know what a forum signature is and put the name of the file which open office downloaded.
Would be helpful if there were some basic stuff for us amateurs.
Is this the same for Libre.
