[Solved] OpenOffice 4.1.3 FAQ

Hi there, I'm Apep.
I'm using Linux Mint 16 and I want to upgrade my OO from 4.1.0 to 4.1.3
I have some questions about OO 4.1.3
Can I directly upgrade to 4.1.3 from 4.1.0?
Would it be possible to keep my language pack the same as 4.1.0 as I use Hindi?
