Running OpenOffice on a USB linux?

I am just wondering how can i install Openoffice on a portable Ubuntu that i installed on a Flash Drive?
Anyone can suggest?

Move /opt/OpenOffice4 to the USB drive and start ./program/soffice
Add some menu items if you like.
