PPA for OO_4.1.0

Gents:

Running Ubuntu 12.04 and presently installed Apache OO_4.0.1:

When will an Ubuntu-directed PPA repository for OO_4.1.0 be created? This methods is accepted as current "best practice". Downloading and fidgeting tarballs is both obscure and deprecated by **casual Linux lusrs** since RedHat_6.
OpenOffice 4.0 on Ubuntu 12.04

See: Linux @ Apache OpenOffice.
AOO 4.1.6 on Xubuntu 18.10 and 4.1.5 on Windows 7 (with winPenPack port).
