[Solved] Installing Base on Ubuntu-based OS

Okay, so I actually decided to give linux a try :) . I came across this nice distro called Zorin OS 7. Its based off of Ubuntu version 13.10 Raring. Note that I AM familar with terminal, so if the solution requires it, I should have no problem grasping what you have to say.

Anyway, the distro came with LibreOffice prepackaged (like all Ubuntu based distros do). However, it appears that Base was not included. I'd prefer to have the whole office suite, so could anyone tell me how I could add Base.

Thanks

Either use the package manager from the distro (I like to use Synaptic) or install with command line from the debs downloaded from their website, see [Tutorial] Installing Apache OpenOffice on GNU/Linux or [Ubuntu] Installing OpenOffice on Debian and Co.

Please add [Solved] at the beginning of the title in your first post (top of the topic) with the edit button if your issue has been fixed.
