[Solved] Help Splash screen then not much

ok Iinstall last week or so and everything was working fine.. then yesterday I tried to open and it just doesn't\

I get an error message that a temp file doesn't not exist.. then the file restore pops up.. then I click ok
and nothing.. nada nothing.
