Hi guys,
for some reason Libreoffice, does not do spell check, and when I click on to help, there's no pop up apart from on firefox tell me what help was.
I've tried reinstalling the office suite, no difference, even after I delete the hidden folder. Apart from those issues, the programmes work fine. Any ideas how to fix this?

The help file is a separate download from http://www.libreoffice.org/download. See http://user.services.openoffice.org/en/ ... 74&t=16512 for some tips on spell check.

Then we need some details! Please give the error message. Else, install the vanilla version (for OOo or even LibO, then can even run in parallel, the process applies to both): [Ubuntu] Installing OOo on Debian and Co.

Re: No spell check or LibreOffice help
I had the same problem with my Linux LibreOffice 3.4.5, when I tried installing the language pack, I had the error saying "Error: Dependency is not satisfiable: libobasis3.4-core01". I'm not if this is the detail you are looking for

Re: No spell check or LibreOffice help
did you install the packages from the LO install first and then the language pack? Your error suggests you may have tried to install the language pack first.
