Navigator does not display any Heading 1

Although the Navigator does not display any Heading 1, it does show all other heading levels, 2, 3, 4, etc.

I run openSUSE 11.3 and OO 3.2.1 build 3.2.1.4.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but the problem persists.

It is annoying. I searched for this bug, but found no references.

All SUSE updates are applied.

Suggestions?

Already have KDE 4.4.4 release 3, do I need to back out to release 2?

Rather strange. Are you sure that Heading 1 is set in the Tools>Outline Numbering dialog for level 1?
