Can not download the new version of Open Office. Keep getting the screen advising that "Some Styles did not load try again." Have recently changed browsers. Could that be the issue?

Yes, that link gives me the "Some Styles did not load try again" message.

I don't see that issue with Firefox 69.0.2. What browser are you running?

No problems using Chrome.

Have been using Chrome for years without issue. Now using Firefox 69.0.2 (64-Bit). Not sure if that is the issue but still can't download OO 4.1.7.

Please check the error message. A Google search for "Some style did not load" finds only this forum thread, so it apparently is incorrect or this is the first time it's ever been reported.

Potential workaround until the actual problem can be resolved:
If your forum signature is correct, then you are running Windows 7. Even if you are using a different browser, Microsoft's browser, called Internet Explorer, is installed on your system.
You can run it independently by clicking the Start button, then typing "iexplore" (without the quotes) in the Search programs and files box, located at the bottom left of the Start menu.
You could then download OpenOffice 4.1.7 using Internet Explorer
Doing it this way, will bring up prompts to make Internet Explorer your default...just answer No, when it asks, and will enable you to download the installation files for OpenOffice.

I'm using FIrefox 69.0.2 as I mentioned in my earlier post with no issues. Perhaps you have a corrupt Firefox installation. Download Revo Uninstaller Free t https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo-un ... -download/. Use it to uninstall FF with the most aggressive settings, then re-install. If you don't want to install it use the portable version download.

Thanks for all the help. It was a journey. I deleted Firefox and all related files. Had trouble using IE to get around but finally got back to Firefox Download and with a new and apparently clean install all is working. Have downloaded the latest OO. Thanks again. To everyone.
