I have not a Windows 10 S. If I know it exactly, it was developed for the commercial applications installed from the MS Store only. You can not install third party softwares from the indepnedent sites. Win 10 S has a limited capability.

There is LibreOffice in the Win Store, but I never tried that version:

And there is an UNOFFICIAL version of the OpenOffice too:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/openo ... verviewtab

And there is a topic about the MS Store version of the OpenOffice - in this forum:

My first tips:
1.: Try it.
2.: And try the LibreOffice.
3.: Install and use a really free Linux distribution instead of the Win10S. The LibreOffice is compatible with the Linux. (I never tried any OpenOffice version on a Linux.)
4.: Install at least a Win 10 Home instead of the Win 10 S.

LibreOffice and OpenOffice are now available in the Microsoft Store, so should also work for Windows 10 S.
LibreOffice is essentially all that OpenOffice is, and then some.

Note that those are third party builds from "RepackagerExpress", not from the entities developing the suites. The installs may include pay/support options when you install, or at a later time ("nagware"). Such payment will go to support said third party, not supporting Apache/TDF organizations which develop the suites. This is fine, just as long as you are aware of it.
