Always wants to setup when I open new file

I already have open office 4.1.6 on my windows10, and I can open files from inside open office, but when I click on a file it always tries to setup open office again.

Windows has default program settings that determine which program runs when double-clicking a file. Check the default program settings.

The File Associations are set incorrectly; they should be pointing to a file with a name similar to soffice,exe (swriter.exe etc) rather than to Apache_OpenOffice......exe

In Windows 10 one can set the default program to open files; you need to check the settings for that.
