Can you give us a more specific error message (exact words)?

Outside of OpenOffice, can you use another program (such as NotePad) to write a small test file to the exact folder where your OpenOffice file is stored?

A quick research suggests this is a Windows 10 permissions message. See
https://windowsreport.com/access-is-denied-windows-10/
for how to fix this.

A file that opens as ### is damaged - possibly because of over-hasty power off of the computer before the internal buffers in the hard drive had written to disk. Experience tells us that there will be no usable content within the file - the size of file you see is due to housekeeping information, not usable data.

Here is a tutorial on possible methods of recovering temporary versions: viewtopic.php?f=71&t=85038
It was written for Writer but also applies to spreadsheets.

The sooner you apply the methods of the tutorial on file recovery, the better chance of recovering some or all of your file.

Done, i solved it, 100% succesfull, so, when odt makes a new save or you change that document, the pervious version its deleted, so i used a recovery program, mini tool partition wizard, in free trial, to scan for deleted files, so i scanned for them, waited to finish and search for .odt files, and i find it , saved it, and now i got it back .

Use mini tool partition wizard,in trial because other programs in trial version dont recover all the files so you have to upgrade to find it, with mini tool you have 1 gb of free recovery any file
