Hello,

I am attempting to install OpenOffice 4.1.6 on a Windows 10 Pro machine. I do utilize OneDrive for storage of my files. During the install I get an error: C:\Users\globa\Onedrive\Desktop\OpenOffice 4.1.6 (em-US) Installation Files\openoffice1.cab

Has anyone experienced this and if so, could you offer some advice?

There is a probability that your openoffice1.cab got corrupt or removed by any malicious entity, try to scan your pc for malware and re-install the Open Office from the beginning.

All versions of OpenOffice have to be installed to the Hard Drive. It sounds like you are not doing that for one reason or another.

1. Download the install file and save it to your desktop
2. Install it from your desktop and install it to your hard disk.
