Upgrade fails; toolbars not seen 4.1.6

it does not allow to update online... cannot find .. server.. also. in spreadsheets. i lost Paste Special and all function-list toolbar

The online update failure is currently being investigated. It works in some setups, not in others. The latest OO is 4.1.6; one should only download through
http://www.openoffice.org/download/, as automatically redirected to SourceForge.
