OO 4.1.5 installation was interupted

The message was "Wizard was interupted before OO 4.1.5 could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run set-up option again. Click Finish to exit this wizard." I did that procedure and tried multiple times and got the same screen.
I had posted my problem on another thread on this forum regarding problems installing OO 4.1.5 and was told my problem was different. I don't see how it is different, but here I am still trying to get my problem solved.
I had OO 4.x? installed and working up until Oct 26. Then it stopped opening my programs and then even stopped opening when I clicked the icon on my desktop. So then I decided to try and install the latest version i.e. 4.1.5, and ran into the above problem. I am using Windows 10. Help.
