4.1.5 on MS10

Please,ok I'm old and stupid and own it. I installed OO and can't find icon on desktop or in file folder. How can I tell where to openoffice? I read other posts and wonder if I need to uninstall and reinstall or whaaaa? Thanks

If you click the Windows button at the lower left of your screen, you can scroll through the alphabetical list of programs down to the OpenOffice entry. If it isn't there, you probably didn't install the program. After downloading it, did you click on the downloaded file and go through the installation process?

OO is not on the list. If its not installed, would I be able to contact this function? Reinstall? Thanks

Look in your Browser's download directory and double-click the Apache_OpenOffice_something.exe file to install it

I suspect you downloaded the installation file and did not run the installation process. There should be a file called something like Apache_OpenOffice_4.1.5_Win_x86_install_en-US.exe in your Downloads folder. Double click on that.
