Page size set to 0.00x0.00

I am running OO 4.1.5 on Windows 10. I am trying to print to an HP Laserjet P1606dn. When I try to print to this printer nothing ever reaches the queue. I am able to print from other applications (IE, Chrome, printer test page). I am also able to print to other HP Laserjet P1606dn.I noticed that when printing to this specific printer the page size is set to 0.00x0.00. I am thinking this might be part of the problem. Other printers show the correct size of 8.50x11.0. How can I change the page size in the printer dialog box? The page size is already correctly set in Format-Page. Thanks!

A Google search found suggestions to reinstall the printer driver. You should also be sure that it is the latest driver for Windows 10.
