[Solved] Display is monochrome after installing AOO 4.1.5

I installed Apache OpenOffice 4.1.5 AOO415m1(Build:9789) - Rev. 1817496
2017-12-11 17:25 on my W10 HP laptop and now the display is monochrome grey and white. This problem is with the desktop and within applications.

Have you restarted computer since installing OO?

Exact model of laptop so we can check graphics capabilities?

Restarted twice.

Model: 15ay 013ca.

I note that the shutdown screen is still disaster blue, and the !@#$%$#@! Microsoft happy login picture is nicely colored.
Possibly related, CTRL/V would not paste into this message, but Edit-Paste still worked.

This probably is unrelated to installing AOO 4.1.5. Windows 10 has a grayscale mode that is toggled by hitting Windows Key + Ctrl + C. Try hitting the same keyboard combination to turn off grayscale mode.
