[Solved] 4.1.5 on Windows 7 will not install

Have Windows 7 and 4.1.5 will not install, and now that I tried to do that, 4.1.3 is gone and I can't access my files.
Screenshot shows the Error Message
Have to abort the install. Don't know what this key thing is that it mentions. And 4.1.3 will not install again either. I am not advanced so please make help easy to understand. Thank you. I use Malwarebytes and Avast

Try right clicking on the installer and choose "Run as administrator" and see if that helps

Thank you! I have been administrator, and on the 3rd attempt as you suggested it finally finished the installation. Grateful THANKS!
