Where did it come from? Neither Task Manager nor UNINSTALL give any hint.

1. Reboot.
2. Wait 10 minutes in case it is an installer for another program though the error message you give suggests it isn't. This allows it to finish.
3. Try again.

A Google search for the error message posted doesn't find other instances of that message. It does find similar messages about Windows Installer errors.
