[Solved] File duplication problem

Please can someone assist me I am using version 4.1.5. operating on Windows 7 and during the last two weeks each item placed in word documents folder has also been placed in pictures folder,with most files showing a gold lock. If try to delete the duplicate from pictures it will also delete the original in documents.

How can I just type a letter and save it in documents folder as done many times before without the unnecessary duplication into picture please.

Is the duplicate in the Pictures folder or the Pictures Library? It sounds like the Documents folder may have been added to the Pictures Library. The Documents folder should be in the Documents Library.
