Microsoft Word

My odt files appear to have been ' hijacked' by Microsoft Word meaning that they open in Word and I'm not able to edit. Microsoft want me to purchase their package and until I do they have limited my use. Sorry I'm not techy so not sure if this makes sense. Any thoughts appreciated. Thankyou

You need to change the default application to open the file.
