Hi,

After first downloading to file, and then trying to save and run setup.exe, an error message from Windows Installer says several things: "Verify the package exists, that you can open it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package". Tried again after specifying permission in security system, but it still won't load.

Was successful downloading another unrelated app afterwards. Thoughts?

What file did you download? Did you download from https://www.openoffice.org/download/? The user doesn't normally "save and run setup.exe" when installing Apache OpenOffice.
