[Solved] New installation won't start

After installing Open Office 4.1.4 on a Windows 10 64-bit system, and restarting, clicking on the Blue Globe Open Office shortcut icon results in an error message titled "OpenOffice 4.1.4 - Fatal Error" The application cannot be started. [context= "shared"] caught unexpected exception!.

I have also tried restarting in Safe Mode and clicking on the shortcut. Same result.

Can I use OpenOffice on this system?
