I wasn't sure where to put this post. I have used OpenOffice for some time. I have OpenOffice 4.1.2 and Windows 10. Today I tried to use OpenOffice but nothing happens when I try to open it. I thought I would uninstall and reinstall but I get a message to close OpenOffice before continuing. I can't, open, close or uninstall.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Call the task manager and kill the soffice.exe process.
