[Solved] Accessing Java in OpenOffice Base
I have windows7 pro and open office 3.4.1 and I am unable to get java jre on office base I have tried everything but am unable to access office database

you should probably upgrade to OO 4.1.4; then install a 32 bit Java, which you must download from http://www.java.com
(586 in that java filename) and select in OO /Tools /Options /OpenOffice /Java. It will live alongside Java 64, if your Windows is 64 bit.
