OpenOffice 4.2.0 on Windows 7 64-bit

Not sufficient personnel who need to do this. If you would like to volunteer to build one, OpenOffice is a volunteer driven application.

You can install and use a 32 bit application an a 64 bit Win op.sys.

Or you can try the LibreOffice.
LO has 32 and 64 bit versions too.

I am using 32 bit LO on my 64 bit Win7 without any problem.

i know that i can use the 32-bit version of OpenOffice without problems

I also know that I can build the 64-bit version myself.
I thought maybe there was a reason why no 64-bit versions were built?

but a prebuilt version is easier than as if I have to build one myself
