EXE file is missing

I have had Open Office on my PC for a few years. However, I have not used it in ages. Now I want to open it and it is nowhere to be found. I have a .cab file on my system and an installation file. I thought I may have to reinstall it. When I try this it starts to install and then at some point a msg appears that says error 1316 this account already exists. I tried unistalling the thing and the same msg appears. How can I get this program to run ????

Use the system search to look for soffice.exe, then create a shortcut to that, to run the program. If you cannot find it, this posting may aid a re-installation
