Rename command

Post by wdc »

Is there a command that enables one to rename an OpenOffice file? Where do I find it?
I am using OO 4.1.1.

Thanks. ... wdc

You can /File /Save As to save it under another name. Then you will have the new name file and the old name file. or just rename it at system level in your computer, the same way you rename any other file.

A bit late but if Rory's solution is not what you want, you should be able to right-click on the file icon in the directory and rename it there.
