[Solved] 4.1.3 install stuck
[Solved] 4.1.3 install stuck
When I run the 4.1.3 setup I get the message "Please exit OpenOffice 4.1.3 and the OpenOffice 4.1.3 Quickstarter before you continue." I've checked Task Manager and it shows I'm the only user, the only open applications are this page and the installation wizard, and I don't see any Processes or Services that appear to be associated with OpenOffice, so I don't know how to proceed. Any ideas?

The processes you are looking for are called "soffice": note the initial "s".

I looked at processes and services and didn't find any with soffice in their name, so went ahead with install and it installed 4.1.3 okay. So, there may have been one or more such processes running yesterday. In any event, thank you for taking the time to respond.
