Installed OpenOffice.org but can't find it on my computer
Installed OpenOffice.org but can't find it on my computer
I have installed the open office software on my PC running windows 7. It appears that it installed but when I go to open open office it does not appear to be on my computer. Have restarted and trying reinstalling without any luck. Can you help me?

Hi and welcome to the forum!
Do you mean that there is no OOo icon on the desktop or in the Start menu?
Do you see the OpenOffice.org 3 folder in the Program files folder? If so, try in the /program folder if you can launch swriter for example.
Please add '[Solved]' at the beginning of your first post title (edit button) if your issue has been fixed.

LibreOffice 25.2 on Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE 7 Gigi) and 24.8 portable on Windows 11.
