Cannot Install 2.3.1 on XP Error 2755. 1601

Have got 2.1 installed but like to try the 2.3.1 on my portable....but....I get Internal Error 2755. 1601 C:\........\OpenOffice.org 2.3 Installation FIles\openofficeorg23.msi.........what's up?......any suggestions?

Does it help: trouble installing?
LibreOffice 7.6.2.1 on Xubuntu 23.10 and 7.6.4.1 portable on Windows 10

No....but I've managed to upgrade Google Earth and installed Scribus just now.....but not OOo 2.3
