Unknown error 36B1

Scenario:
- Novell Netware environment; ZENworks software distribution
- Windows XP clients
- central OpenOffice 3.1 installation on network drive.
- customized bootstrap.ini to redirect "UserInstallation" to (network-) home-drive
- using ZENworks to deploy "UserInstallation" files
- No settings to local registry, no files copied to C:\
- "roaming profiles" - personal OOo settings are moving with user on each pc
- mixing os (2000/XP/Vista) ist no problem
On most systems it do work: Windows 2000, XP sp2 & sp3, Vista sp1 & sp2, even Windows7rc.

No, a few users notified me of an error message while starting OOo:
Unknown Error: (36B1) Please contact network administrator.
There is no difference starting OOo using software deployment tool (Application Explorer) or starting soffice.exe using windows explorer.
Deleting and redistributing UserInstallation doesn't matter.
There's no hint to find with that error code.
Is there anybody who knows something about error code 36B1?
