[Dropped] Documents will not print

When I send a document to the printer it spits out a blank page. Otherwise the printer works fine.

For assistance on a forum you should provide all the information you have. For example, you should have stated which printer (manufacturer and model) you use. Install the latest printer driver from your printer's manufacturer. Consult the manufacturer for assistance with that process. You should have said which component you're using (Writer, Calc, Impress, Draw, …). For Calc, review Format → Print Ranges. If you want to learn if others experience the same trouble, attach a document demonstrating the difficulty (remove confidential information then use Post Reply, not Quick Reply, and don't attach a picture instead of the document itself).

A quick workaround, allowing you to print a document now, before fixing the problem, is, in OpenOffice to /File /Export as PDF, then print the PDF file using the system PDF viewer.

Download the correct printer driver from the printer manufacturer's web site and install it. Do not rely on Windows to do it correctly.
