Hi
I just installed OpenOffice 4.19 on a HP laptop with Intel i7 /16Gb Ram, and the graphic rendering/look of the OpenOffice open documents is somewhat blurred, for some reason.
What I see is not crystal clear although I have a full HD resolution screen. All other programs behave well in this respect.
Any ideas on what may cause this and how to sort it out?
Cheers

Apache OpenOffice is no longer under active development. AOO 4.1 is 7 years old by now.
I think that LibreOffice has resolved HiDPI issues.

What screen resolution are you using? It works fine for me on 1920 x 1280.
Search the forum with blurred etc for lots of posts especially in the Mac forum. It is usually a graphics driver problem. Running AOO in W7 compatibility mode may help.

Re: OpenOffice files are blurred on Win10
Hi all
many thanks for all the input given
Eventually I found the last of the posts by @Hagar Delest gave me the answer, still when I run OO the program now opens in a small window/viewport
like in the attached image (which I can enlarge of course).
I also tried running OO in WIndows 8 (and of Win7) compatibility mode but it didn't help much.

Try to maximize it, then close it without any document open. Try to reload it.
