Confirm the file and folder exist on the D drive.
I don't usually install from the D drive, but that's where the system is looking for the file.
If it isn't there and you can't put it on, then use the dropdown to locate where the file is.

Are you really installing OpenOffice 3.1? I believe there was a bug in an older version of the Visual C++ Redistributable that was putting this temporary file in the root directory of drive on the system with the most space instead of in the temp directory. Did you try an Internet search for the error message?
AOO 4.1.14 on Ubuntu MATE 22.04
