Cannot update, and can't print files

I have Open Office 4.1.1. and every attempt to get an update fails. Now, after the latest Microsoft Windows 10 update, I can open and edit files in Open Office, but only the underscore lines print.

To update AOO, simply go to http://www.openoffice.org/download/ and download and install the current version 4.1.7

For printing issues, it may be that the latest Windows update has changed your printer driver. Go to the printer manufacturer's site and download and install their latest printer driver and see if that resolves the problem.

Also, when printing (for debug purposes) are you using a Windows installed font or a font you have added? Sometimes added fonts of a favourite typeface can be improperly constructed; they will run on some programs but not others.
