Lost main dictionary and thesaurus

Post by DavTon505 »

I've been using Version 4.1.5 on Windows 10 for awhile and it has been working well with a few minor problems. Yesterday, the main dictionary (not custom) and thesaurus that I've been using for years disappeared, and just about every word is considered misspelled and red underlined. It appears that I have all the dictionary files, but it looks like they need to be reinstalled. How do I reinstall the dictionary and thesaurus that is supposed to be automatically loaded when Open Office is installed?

Also, i there a way to back up the main dictionary and custom dictionaries, and the thesaurus for easy recovery?
