[Solved] Multiple crashes
I am running 4.1.3 on Windows 10. OO crashed and now every time I restart it, it comes up with the recovery screen; I reply NEXT, it goes thru the documents like normal and then comes up with a screen saying OO crashed. I reply OK and it ends. I cannot get it to go any further. It's beenn 3 days and 5 reboots.

Try resetting your user profile. Open any file folder and in the address bar near the top type
%appdata%\openoffice\4
and press Enter. That will take you to a folder that contains a folder named user. Rename that folder to user.old and restart OpenOffice. You should get a the welcome screen that appears on a new installation. Is OpenOffice stable now?

Got a mail in the admin mail box, seems to be OK so I tag solved.
