Hello
I apologise if this is an old question: rather than downloading a new version of OpenOffice in its entirety, is there a patch or update available as an alternative?
I have versions of OpenOffice 4.1.2 set up on two PCs, one of which is Windows 7 and the other Windows 10.
One second question concerns the files left behind when a version of OpenOffice is installed: can these be safely deleted?
Thanks
Mr Morgan.

Re: Upgrading OpenOffice 4.1.2 to 4.1.3
There is no incremental upgrade - you download and install the whole thing, which overwrites the files of the application. You can safely delete any folder on your desktop called something like ApacheOpenOffice ...4.1.2...

That was quick. Thanks for the reply. Overwriting 4.1.2 with 4.1.3 seems to have worked on one PC. Now I will try the other.
