Is it posible open .xlsx document with OpenOffice??

I have a problem with .xlsx document. When I open this document, it´s in empty!. It´s posible open .xlsx document with OpenOffice??
Example:

Hi and welcome to the forum!

Yes, it's possible but remember that xlsx has not been designed to be compatible with anything else than MS Office.
You can try LibreOffice which has a better compatibility with MS Office formats. But if too complex, it's likely to fail also.

for anyone else reading this, you can copy the empty "xlsx" file to a ".zip" extension, and open the zip in File Explorer. Any content should appear in your favorite XML editor (...\test.xlsx.zip\xl\worksheets\sheet.xml)
