I failed to working with forms. I can't add/edit and delete the records.
All icons is disabled. Pls help me.

If you are unable resolve your issue using the information in the tutorial you will need to provide us with information about your database tables and form. The best approach would be be upload a sample database.

Also, according to your signature you are using OpenOffice 3.1 which is very old. If that is true you should consider updating to a more recent version.
